Each apartment in Villa Arctic Trail is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and in another bedroom the double bed can be separated into twin beds. Both bedrooms also include ample storage space and dedicated remote workstations. The loft area comfortably sleeps four people, with wide beds that can be used as either single or double beds. The two apartments in the semi-detached villa have identical layouts, so by renting both, up to 16 guests can be accommodated.

The ground floor boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, equipped with a breakfast cabinet and everything you need for cooking and serving meals. The living room next to the dining area opens up to a breathtaking space with over 5 meters of ceiling height. This cozy room includes a modern electric fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a television. Large windows offer stunning views of the surrounding fells.

The ground floor also includes a separate toilet, as well as a second toilet and utility room adjacent to the shower. The private sauna area with a outdoor hut tub is accessible via a glass-covered terrace – a perfect spot to relax and cool down after the sauna while enjoying the scenic views of the pine forest. The terrace is equipped with a fireplace, making it a warm and inviting space even during the crisp autumn evenings.

The villas feature an efficient geothermal heating and cooling system, providing warmth in winter and a refreshing coolness in summer. Each apartment has a washing machine and drying cabinet for laundry needs. High-speed fiber optic internet ensures reliable connectivity for remote work.

Villa Arctic Trail also includes a carport with an electric vehicle charging station. The outdoor storage contains snowshoes, sleds, sliders, and other gear for enjoying your holiday in nature.
